SANTARLI CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD (SANTARLI) was founded in 1983 by Mr Lee Boon Teow, Mr Chan Thiam Seng and Mr Sim How Tiong. Since then, we have established a growing reputation for excellence in quality and delivery in the building industry.

Early Days

SANTARLI started off in 1983 as a building and civil engineering firm carrying out sub-contracting work for mainly Japanese contractors such as Takenaka Corporation and Shimizu Corporation. During these initial years, we successfully completed some prestigious projects including the NPB Building (now known as PSB Building), Keppel Towers, The Exchange, Forum Galleria, upgrading of Changi Airport Terminal 1 and The Heeren - just to mention a few.

In the '90s

With the experience accumulated over the years, SANTARLI grew and took on several projects as the main contractor. During this period, SANTARLIexpanded by quantum leap - increase in staff strength and job volume. We are continuously keeping abreast with latest building technologies and management techniques to meet the industry's needs.

With a team of dedicated and qualified staff, SANTARLI has grown from strength to strength, building its reputation and credibility as a trusted and competent contractor. Having achieved Grade 8 (the highest financial grading) in the Construction Industry Development Board's (CIDB) Registry of Contractors for general building works, SANTARLI has ventured into sizable public and private projects and teamed up with established local architectural and engineering firms for design-and-build projects.
