Excel Precast Pte Ltd was incorporated on 10 March 1999 to undertake precast concrete design and manufacturing to cater to the increasing demand of precast method of construction in Singapore.

The precast factory of Excel Precast in Singapore is located at No. 2 Tampines Industrial St 62, occupying a 3ha plot of land with six production lines fully equipped with gantry and crawler cranes. A computerized Concrete Batching Plant, certified to the latest standards, is installed in the factory to ensure the concrete quality in its products.

Since 2009 another precast factory of about 4-ha land area located in Senai, Johor Malaysia had been set up to enhance the production capacity of our precast products.

The company’s business objective is to supply precast concrete component for the use in the construction industry. Excel Precast Pte Ltd also provides technical assistance to our clients in the development of precast construction methods for their Design & Build projects. This is achieved through our experienced and capable design team.

To assist our clients in driving higher productivity and better quality for their projects, Excel Precast Pte Ltd also provides alternative proposals to convert projects originally designed for in-situ construction into precast method of construction.
