Merit’s humble beginnings were inspired by commitment and a determined passion for excellence that focused on metal fabrication for building facades, metal cladding of main entry foyers, and big columned skyline canopies.

In 1986, Merit added a food service fabrication department and later designed and constructed its own sprawling 5,000-square-meter production fabrication and assembly plant facility in Muzon, Taytay; equipped with the state-of-the-art Japanese metal-forming machinery, spot welders, and Japanese CNC turret punchers and multiple benders.

The years went by with many fast-food chains as partners.
