Cebu Oversea Hardware Co., Inc was founded by the brothers Co Tiong and Co King Ting in 1952 as a general merchandise store in Manalili, Cebu before moving to its permanent location on Plaridel street in Cebu and becoming the hardware store it is today.

In providing quality building materials and tools to the discerning customer, whether private or corporate, Cebu Oversea Hardware prides itself on over 70 years’ worth of experience in the industry, ensuring that customers' needs are satisfied.

Cebu Oversea Hardware is a family business, built through the diligence and founded on the values of the Co family. Moving beyond its beginnings as hardware store, the company has branched out to big box DIY stores, malls, and aquaculture, leveraging its experience while retaining the family values that have served customers for 70 years.
