Inframachineries Corporation (IM) was established on January 19, 2011, located at 24 Mindanao Ave. Tandang Sara, Quezon. Its purpose was to be the exclusive distributor of Doosan Infracore products in the Philippines. It was later introduces to the Philippines market by IMC on July 26, 2011.

On March 8, 2013, IM signed a distributor agreement for EVERDIGM generator sets powered by Doosan Engines. Following this, on April 12, 2013, IM secured the sole distributorship for SANDVIK Mobile Crushers and Screens in the Philippines. In 2015, IM was named the exclusive distributor of EDGE and Sandvik's mobile and semi-mobile products nationwide. Two years later, IMC became the official distributor of DRESSTA bulldozers in the Philippine market.

In 2020, IM introduced the HI-RO (High Quality, Robust Performance) brand to the market, aiming to deliver exceptional products known for their durability and performance. Since its launch, IM has consistently expanded its HI-RO product line, continuing to offer a diverse range of high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of its customers.

Presently, Inframachineries Corporation is the exclusive distributor of HI-RO, Doosan is now Develon, Sandvik, Dressta, Everdigm, and Edge brands.

In its first year alone, IM capture 8% of the market share. The following year, sales increased to 200% from its previous year, obtaining 10% of the market. IMC is also the first company to import DOOSAN DX700, the largest excavator worldwide, Southeast Asia. IM continuously excels in becoming a promising and strong player on the heavy equipment industry.
