Teambuild Land was set up on 8 August 2008 to focus in private residential developments with a definite business model with 2 prong business strategies.

Our Group is primarily engaged in the business of property development and as secondary activities, we have two complimentary business units to support our business model – Construction and Services.

Our Property division has successfully launched 21 projects & completed 15 projects to date, which include both landed houses and non-landed apartments. Our portfolio of developments includes Ecoville, Cerelia Vista, Mosella and Suites@Newton.

Our Construction division, Spazio Construction was set up in February 2009 to mainly undertake in-house construction in our development projects.

Our Services division, Spazio Concepts (SPZ) was founded in October 2006 and since then, SPZ has created her own “Unique Products,” and is the pioneer of her own brand of products based on innovations and systems for the construction related industry.
