How are goods transported to you within Malaysia?

Machinery steels are carbon steels designed for the components within machines in the general mechanical engineering industry. Various grades of steel cater to components experiencing different levels of stress and pressure, from moderate to high. All our machinery steel materials undergo hardening and tempering processes suitable for both oil and water quenching. Additionally, they are apt for flame and induction hardening.

Cold Working Tool Steel are high-carbon steels enriched with alloy elements like tungsten, manganese, chromium, and molybdenum. These additions enhance the hardenability of the steel. Their high carbon content provides sufficient wear resistance, making them suitable for short-run applications.

Hot working tool steels are essential for shaping workpieces made of iron, non-ferrous metals, and their alloys at elevated temperatures. These steels play a crucial role in processes like pressure die casting, continuous casting, extrusion, drop forging, as well as in the manufacturing of tubes and glass.

Pre-hardened plastic mould steels are highly regarded in the manufacturing of plastic moulds due to their distinct properties and characteristics:
1. <ins>Wear Resistance</ins>: These steels offer exceptional resistance to wear, ensuring longevity and durability in mould applications.
2. <ins>Corrosion Resistance</ins>: They exhibit resistance against corrosion, safeguarding the moulds from degradation over time.

The advantages of utilizing Abrasion-Resistant (AR) steel plates in applications subjected to impact and/or abrasive wear are significant. By selecting AR steel, industries can ensure robust performance, reduce maintenance costs, and achieve superior wear resistance, thereby maximizing operational efficiency and durability.

Stainless steels offer a superior blend of high strength, excellent toughness, exceptional corrosion resistance, and robust mechanical properties, even at elevated temperatures up to 600°F.

Cast iron is a versatile and widely-used material known for its durability, excellent machinability, and thermal conductivity. It is composed primarily of iron, carbon, and silicon, with other elements like manganese, sulfur, and phosphorus often present in smaller quantities. Cast iron is produced by melting and pouring the molten metal into molds to achieve various shapes and sizes.
Grey Cast Iron is characterized by its graphite microstructure, which gives it good thermal conductivity and damping properties. It's often used in automotive and machinery components due to its excellent machinability and wear resistance.&nbsp;

High-tensile steel plates are characterized by their low carbon content, which contributes to their exceptional tensile strength, toughness, and weldability. These qualities make them ideal for structural assemblies and applications that require welding.
ST52-3 steel is a prime example of this type of structural steel, known for its impressive mechanical properties. It boasts a yield strength of 355 N/mm² and a tensile strength ranging from 490 to 630 N/mm². Additionally, ST52-3 exhibits excellent cold-forming properties, surpassing those of its low-carbon counterparts. This steel grade is equivalent to both S355JR and S355J2, further expanding its applicability and versatility.
