The Company was set up in July 1997, and mainly deals in cylinder gas for industrial use. After that, an open ground was applied through JTC for building a new plant at Tuas View Lane. The official ground breaking ceremony of the site (about 9,000 sqm) was conducted in 1999 and the entire plant was completed in July, 2000 for regular production of industrial gases. Beside local entrepreneurs, the Company has investors hailing from Thailand, Taiwan and Japan. One of the largest American firms, Air Products, is another major investor. The total investment exceeded S$10 million.

The facilities consist of the newest Acetylene production & filling Plant, a state of the art CO2 production plant, as well as facilties for filling and storing Liquid Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Carbon Dioxide, Mixed and high purity gases. Most of the advanced production equipment were obtained from US and European countries to increase production efficiency, improve safety and reduce environmental pollution. The whole plant has more than 40 staff and workers and most of them have been in this line for over 20 years.
