Menard Geosystems Sdn Bhd (MGSB) is a Malaysian incorporated company and subsidiary of Menard France. Menard is wholly owned by Soletanche Freyssinet of France which is a company of Vinci. Vinci has more than a hundred years of experience inconstruction, concessions and related services. A market capitalization of €34.8 billion (at 31 December 2015) and revenue of €38.5 billion in 2015, Vinci is truly a global player in concessions and construction, employing more than 185,000 people in some 100 countries. 

Menard started its operation in the Far East in 1977. In Singapore, Menard was the turnkey specialist ground improvement contractor for the Changi Airport. In 1978, Menard completed the ground improvement works for a housing development project in Kuala Lumpur. In 1994, MGSB was incorporated in Malaysia to oversee the activities in the Southeast Asia region, the stronghold of vigorous infrastructure developments.

MGSB’s core business is ground improvement works. Other activities include geotechnical in-situ testing, geotechnical instrumentation and geotechnical design. MGSB has completed more than a hundred projects in eight countries within this region. MGSB is presently the regional office for Menard operations in East Asia and India.
