Empowering the Builders of Tomorrow: Philconstruct Visayas 2025 Spotlights Future-Ready Solutions

Philconstruct Visayas 2025 returns for its 14th year this June 19 to 21 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino, once again uniting the region’s construction professionals, suppliers, and innovators under one roof. 

Organized by the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA), the three-day event continues to be a vital touchpoint for the industry in the Visayas, offering a space to explore the latest tools, technologies, and trends shaping the built environment. 

This year’s staging highlights the ongoing effort to connect opportunities with those who are ready to embrace them. By providing access to a wide range of products, equipment, and services, Philconstruct Visayas reinforces its role in bridging progress, bridging the future—a vision that emphasizes collaboration, learning, and exposure to new possibilities.

The 2025 edition will feature over 150 booths, representing more than 300 brands from local and international exhibitors. With an expanded footprint across two exhibit floors, the event is poised to accommodate a larger audience, expecting to welcome over 10,000 trade buyers throughout the three days. Running alongside the expo is HVAC/R Visayas, a co-located show dedicated to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration solutions—an integral aspect of the built environment.

The event is a valuable learning environment for those in the field—particularly for those based in emerging areas. PCA President Gerardo “Jerry” Pancho emphasized the importance of reaching out to builders in the countryside and equipping them to adapt and expand their capabilities.

“We have this, what we call 30-year Infra Master Plan—us, in PCA, we want to develop the countryside,” Pancho shared. “So, we are convincing and educating some of the constructors in the countryside to diversify. A lot of them will benefit actually, if they go to Philconstruct. Just explore, just look at the products, see their advantages, learn its application, because probably, in the near future, you might be able to use it.”

The statement underscores a practical goal: to encourage contractors to be ready for future demand, especially in areas where infrastructure is still growing. Philconstruct allows professionals to discover emerging solutions and imagine how these can be applied in their own contexts.
