Vollmer Rockwool Insulation

Vollmer’s Rockwool Products are manufactured using basalt as the main ingredient, melted and spun into inorganic fibers through a high-speed centrifugal process. During production, precise amounts of cementing agent, rustproof oil, and silicon oil are added to enhance durability, moisture resistance, and bonding strength. The processed material is then formed into Rockwool boards, pipe shells, and other customized insulation products according to customer requirements.

For added protection, the surface of Rockwool boards can be laminated with moisture-proof aluminum foil, black or white glass fiber cloth, sandwich glass fiber felt, or other moisture-resistant facings.
