We perform independent repair, reconditioning and accredited testing services for safety relief , pressure relief, pilot operated relief , pressure vacuum relief , boiler safety valves and reset relief valves of various makes and models. We provide workshop, on-site, on-board and offshore platform services (top-side modules). We also provide express 24/7 ad-hoc services, shutdown maintenance, spare parts inventory management and Total Valve Management (contract services).
Our team of technicians perform “live float” set pressure and blow down adjustment for statutory boiler safety valves.
Our team of technicians are BOSIET/HUET trained and offshore medical certified to perform work in FPSO, FSO and other offshore installations in fully certified EN12079 Offshore Container Workshops.
Project pre-commissioning testing and warranty repairs for manufacturer valves are work that we regularly undertake.
