SMART Elasto 200

SMART ELASTO 200 is a single component, ready-to-use, water based acrylic polymer. ELASTO 200 comprises of special blend of polymer, fillers and additive to reduce solar heat absorption in air-conditioned or non air-conditioned buildings. It takes a majority of the heat load off the building's skin and reduces temperatures to a shaded environment. The excellent eater, algae, fungus, alkali and efflorescence resistance of this product, in combination with its exterior durability and its ability to adhere to a variety of substrates, allow it to be used in many applications. It can be used for RC gutters and planter boxes, floor slabs, deck, wood siding/fences, external wall, flat roof, metal roof and even concrete structures. It can also be applied as a sealing solution to seal cracks on joint walls, ceiling and roofing. ELASTO 200 cures to form a tough and seamless waterproofing membrane with excellent adhesion to most substrates.
